hotographers is that they are focused on the technical aspects of picture taking, and less on the sensitivity and emotion of the tableau. This perspective was building unconsciously in my head during all my years of modeling.
My approach to photography is different. Going to photography school is not enough...being in front of the camera for so many years has helped me to understand a lot of things – emotions, experiences, tricks to conveying a look or thought, and how people feel being photographed, etc. I like to "feel" the core of people and let them relax before starting the photoshoot.
We are all unique. I love to catch the essence of the person. The key is to catch the right moment and make the picture alive. Each face is talking to me. I love to improvise. I like all faces, and the mystery of human expression...
I have lived in New York City for almost 8 years now, and love the city so much. The energy is fantastic, and the light too. I’m based in Chelsea with my wife and our dog. I'm also in love with nature and architecture.
My other passion is table tennis (pingpong). I’m a champion in NYC, having won many competitions. I also love the discipline, spirit and beauty of tai chi.
Truly yours,
